Microsoft announced surface tablet price

The first tablet by Microsoft, Surface RT will sell for the price $499 when it delivers on Oct. 26. However, pre-ordering already begins

Microsoft has declared technical specifications and pricing details for the imminent Surface tablet which will be launched on October 25 beside Windows 8 release event.

The lowest-pricy model is the 32 GB tablet and not including a Black Touch Cover which is holding a price tag of $499, as the most costly tablet appears with a value tag of $699 and presents 64 GB of memory capacity plus the touch cover. Another 32 GB model will as well present and it also contains the Black Touch Cover for an ultimate package price of $599. All models are at present available for pre-order; however the surface tablets will be delivered after the first appearance on October 25.

Moreover, Microsoft besides offers two divides add-ons: the white Surface Touch Cover for $119 and the Surface Type Cover for $129.
